The fund focuses on what we do best - real estate and land development opportunities to capitalize on current market opportunities. We seek to only invest in properties that can return at least 20% IRR in 4 years or less, with preferred IRR of 25%+. 

Hedge Interest Rate Risk

We typically invest in areas that attract cash buyers who purchase properties as secondary or investment properties, thereby hedging interest rate risk.

Build or Renovate

We get to work on building or renovating properties use our tenured negotiating power for building materials, significantly reducing project costs. 

Sell Properties

We partner with local real estate agents for the presale of homes, and aim to sell each property prior to its completion. All of our properties increase in value immediately after our renovation. After 3-5 years, we sell with a large ROI, and repeat this strategy to continue maximizing investor returns.
